What is a good gift to buy grandparents for Christmas?

I need to get my grandparents and great grandma christmas gifts but I can't think of anything to get them. They don't really have any hobbies that I can think of. My grandmas likes to read but I'm not sure what books she likes and what ones she has read. My great grandma likes to read but her eyes are bad and it's hard for her to read so a book is not a good idea. I can't even think of anything for my grandfather. Please Help.

you can always get them books on CD or tape to listen to instead of reading a book.
grandparents like to spend time with family instead of getting gifts that they don't need. how about this- pick up a calendar from the dollar store (or get a nicer one if you'd like) then you and other family members can pick days on the calendar to come and visit them! sign up things like- come over and watch a movie or take you to the movies, make dinner or go out to eat, come over and play a game, go fishing, teach me to make cookies....stuff like that! Pick things they like to do that you can do with them, or introduce them to new activities. I guarantee they will love it and look forward to each day marked on the calendar that's a visit from you!
or you can make a small basket of edible stuff- like candies, coffee, soup mixes, dried fruits, nuts, etc. those are always good for anyone!
